Employment Support

The Employment Adviser Job Retention programme is a FREE service that provides support for anyone who is experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, problems concentrating, lacking in motivation, which is affecting their ability to engage in their current work role. The service can offer 1-2-1 support to both employee’s and their employer’s by helping both parties identify solutions to over come barriers that are stopping the employee from fully engaging in their employment. The Employment Adviser service was a previous success in the regions of North Lincolnshire & East Riding retaining over 80% of employee’s in employment and on the back of that success the service has now expanded and is available to all employee’s across all of the Yorkshire and the Humber region. Employment Advisers are a confidential and impartial job retention service. The programme is being delivered across South Yorkshire in association with the Yorkshire & Humber Mind Consortium.
